Give us the build-up or breakdown slot, loading-bay rules and the person meeting the driver. Venue access windows may differ from event opening times. Include stand references and any vehicle restrictions so dispatch can assess collection, arrival and waiting time as one plan.
Plan the return when booking the outbound
List cases, displays and equipment with packed sizes and weights. Tell us which items return afterwards and when they will be ready. A return collection is a separate movement that needs capacity and timing confirmed. If handling requires more than the driver, request the crew or loading assistance in advance.
