Include the full collection address, supplier reference and a contact who can release the goods. Dispatch assesses whether the collection journey and onward drive can meet the window before confirming the job.
Machinery and parts need different plans
A small boxed part and a pallet of equipment have different loading requirements. Provide dimensions, total weight and suitable lifting points or packaging information where relevant. Tell us about oils, batteries or other contents needing special assessment. Forklift access, site inductions and unloading time should be agreed before the vehicle is allocated.
