Tell us whether you need transport only or help carrying items. We check the weight, size, stairs, parking and distance from the van to the receiving point. Driver assistance is agreed as part of the quote; heavy or awkward items may need a two-person team.

Tell us the individual item weights and access details. A two-person crew does not remove the need for safe lifting equipment or suitable access.
Explain the handling as well as the journey
List the items, their approximate dimensions and whether they are already packed. A ground-floor collection beside a loading area is different from furniture several flights upstairs. Tell us about stairs, lifts, parking distance and who can help at each end so the crew and time allowance reflect the actual job.
When a second person is needed
A large item may need two people even if its weight seems modest. Please do not assume the driver can safely carry everything alone. If the delivery needs a two-person crew, assembly, dismantling or a particular loading aid, include that in the enquiry. We confirm what handling is included and direct suitable jobs to our two-person moving service.
