How we plan the job
A light load can still need a larger vehicle because of its length. Send full measurements and photographs, including lifting or securing points. We can check dropside, flatbed, curtainsider and equipment options; suitability is confirmed for the particular job.

A long item may need an open bed or a larger box body even when it weighs very little. Send the full length, width and height of the packed load, not just its nominal product size. Include any projecting parts and explain how the item can be lifted and secured without damage.
Specify equipment before a vehicle is allocated
Refrigerated transport, tail-lifts, side loading and other equipment must be requested explicitly. Send temperature requirements where relevant, pallet footprints, loading access and the available assistance. We assess the requirements before confirming suitability and availability. A specialist enquiry is not a promise that an ordinary van or standard tail-lift can handle the load.
